Aswan excursion and Day Tour to visit main highlights of the city to visit the unfinished Oblisk, Philae temple and High Dam. Then proceed Shallal to take a motor boat and visit the Philae temple devoted to God Isis. After the building of the High Dam the temple was dismantled and reconstructed in its present location in Agilika Island. You will end your tour by visiting the High Dam which was constructed to save Egypt from the Nile River flooding.
You will be taken along the road past the Fatimid Cemetery to the Unfinished Obelisk which is a curious sight where a huge obelisk is perfectly shaped on three sides but the fourth side is still attached to the rock bed. It was abandoned after a flaw was discovered on the rock.

Pick up from your hotel for a day tour in Aswan. This tour includes the main attractions in the city. You will drive along the road to the outskirts of the city to see the unfinished Obelisk which is a three sided Obelisk curved while the forth side is still attached to the rock bed. The obelisk was abandoned after a flaw appeared in the rock. Then move to shellal where a motor boat will be waiting for you to take you to Agilika Island to see the Philae temple.
